Group Classes

Monday 9:00 – 10:00 AM: Stretch & Tone

Open to all. Focus on flexibility, core power, strength, balance and relaxation through bodyweight resistance and stretching.

Monday 5:00 - 6:00 PM: Intermediate Workout

Open to all.

Tues & Thurs 9:00 – 10:00 AM: Advanced Fitness

A high intensity workout. Targets all muscles. Enhance strength, bone density, flexibility and cardiovascular stamina. Burn fat. Have fun!

Tues & Thurs 10:30 –11:20 AM: Boomer Fitness

SENIORS WELCOME!

Open to men and women of all ages seeking a non-strenuous but thorough exercise routine. Includes range-of-motion, resistance, stretching and balance techniques, low-impact cardio.

Saturday 9:30 AM: Split Level Shape-Up Class

High-energy toning and strengthening, including core strength, cardiovascular endurance, flexibility, balance and co-ordination. Enhance strength, bone density, flexibility and cardiovascular stamina.
